Instant Mobile Survey™ – how?

In close cooperation with you, we prepare a brief and relevant question framework. Once the objectives, scope and form of reporting is customized for your needs, Telemind set up the survey and it is ready for launch. By using promotional materials in the shops, customers are made aware of the possibility to participate in the survey. Customers participate by sending an SMS to 1231, after which they will have direct access to your questionnaire. Once customers have filled out the questionnaire, the results are available via the IMS™ web interface. På trods af den korte spørgeramme kan de indsamlede data ofte bearbejdes yderligere.
